Foundation Purpose

World Archiver Foundation aims to make the planet and its species - human and animal -perpetual. The Foundation is committed to actively contributing to the preservation of Earth'stangible and intangible heritage by intervening in various fields including but not limited to:environment, health, education, nutrition, technology, construction, real estate, innovation,politics, finance, events, hospitality, art, sciences, space, media, and commerce.

The Foundation remains open to extending its activities to other emerging fields in accordancewith evolving planetary needs.

The Foundation may assist any associations or entities, whether public or private law, whosepurposes relate to the objectives described above. This includes supporting the exercise andextension of activities in the broadest possible manner, as well as maintaining and developingassets that may be acquired, particularly real estate, in Valais, Switzerland, or abroad. Moregenerally, the Foundation may carry out all operations necessary to achieve its purpose.

The Founder expressly reserves the right to request modification of the Foundation's purpose inaccordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code.

The Foundation does not pursue profit-making objectives. If a public law corporation islegally required to provide services analogous to those of the Foundation, the Foundation shallintervene only on a subsidiary basis.
